Raising funds for Car and EW for “Chemist” from the 63rd Brigade
When you set your goal at the beginning, you will commit to an amount to donate each time you fail and / or succeed at your goal. For example: My goal is to meditate for 15 minutes per day. Today I missed it, so I donate $10.00. I missed it also the next day, so I donate another $10.00. You can see how this is a win-win: You either successfully give yourself a good healthy experience, or you donate to Ukraine!
You can also do it as a celebration, for example: I meditated 15 minutes per day each day this week, so I donate $25.00.
You can commit to donating a certain amount for missing, a certain amount for winning, or do both! :D
