The next 30 days are going to be a tumultuous countdown to the US Presidential Election. But we need to practice taking care of ourselves, and focusing on what is important (Ukraine!!!!), no matter what is going on around us.
This 30-day challenge is a chance to change something in your life while raising funds for Ukraine!
You will choose an amount of money that you agree to donate each time you “slip up” in your challenge - for example, any day that you did not drink 8 cups of hydration, you donate $10.00. And/or, you can plan to donate an amount per week or day of success, in appreciation of the change! :D
A final option to enhance your participation is to pay $1.00 / minute for any additional coaching voice call you would like, in order to have more clarity, support, and encouragement in your 30-day journey.
You do not have to do the free call at the beginning if you prefer not to! Just email me or tag me in Discord ( junj0u ) to let me know what your goal will be.

You can also invite others to this challenge! As long as they will report to you each day on whether they completed their goal, then they can go in the spreadsheet! For example, your sister is not in the Discord but wants to join the challenge, so she checks in each day to let you know about her success. She also knows where the Donate button is!
