Voice Calls
Voice calls are available to help you get and stay motivated for the 30-Day Challenge!
Contact me ( junj0u) via Discord and we can set up the initial 90-minute call.
These calls are NOT psychotherapy. They are motivational meetings to explore which goal might be best for you at this time, and to identify obstacles, solutions, and a good plan for success.
You do not need to participate in a voice call in order to join the challenge. :)
Sample dialogue from a call:
“If you imagine looking back, 30 days from now, and seeing that you did 4 weeks in a row of a daily goal, what are some that would make you proud?”
“Hmm.. I’m not sure. I’ve tried having a mindful eating goal in the past but I’m never able to stick to it.”
“I see - what kinds of obstacles have come up for you those times?"
“Wellllll…. My family eats different kinds of stuff all around me, it’s tough for me not to reach for extra snacks at night, I feel uncomfortable if I don’t eat with my phone nearby… Things like that.”
“Okay! That’s good information. How about.. Starting with a goal like: Set a timer and eat with no distraction for 3 minutes, after that you can bring your phone for the rest if you like.”
“Yes, that sounds more doable!”
“Great. We will all be supporting each other during this time. And remember that this challenge is for support of the Ukrainian people and defenders who protect all of us. They are overcoming fear and exhaustion every single day. We can do this!!”
