  • complete a substantial journal entry once per day

  • try something you’ve truly never done before once per day

  • listen to 3 songs per day with your eyes closed, no distractions, and with your best headphones

  • any goal re: sobriety for 30 days straight

  • contact a government representative by phone once per day

  • one random act of kindness per day that you would not usually do

  • write down 3 things you are grateful for in the morning, and 3 at night

  • do some substantial art once per day

These 30 days can actually change your life and the lives of Ukrainian defenders and citizens. Pick something that you will feel awesome about after achieving it!!
